topic Array controller initializes, but finds no drives... in Disk Enclosures

I have a brand new ML570 with three 18.2Gb drives. I am attempting to use Smart Start v4.90 to build the machine. The array controller initializes, then I get a message stating no drives are attatched to the controller. Then I am presented with two options: F1 to continue, and F10 to enter system configuration options. Both options request a bootable floppy and do not recognize the Smart Start CD. If I can't get to the BIOS, how can I boot from the cd...

Help!
