Upgrading VCS and Command View versions..

Hi,
I have a EVA5000 installed. Which is serving to many servers. We want to upgrade its VCS and Command View versions. What i want to ask is from where can i download their respective softwares and installation instructions?

Current Versions are:
1) VCS version = 3.010
2) Command View = 3.1.0.21
3) Management Appliance = 2.1

Hi,

for the appliance you can get some software here:
http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/sanworks/softwaredrivers/managementappliance/index.html

But for VCS and Command View Updates, you need to get HP (or an authorised partner) to do it, especially the VCS! Customers are not allowed to update the storage controller firmware.
