MSA1000 Array Controller Error Code

I have one server and storage server ,the configuration as below:
1,server:ML570G2 with windwos2003 enterprise ,
array controller 6402,2GB FC HBA,146GB * 2 (RAID1)and so on.
2,MSA1000 with 146GB * 8 (RAID 5 + onlinespare)

Recently, The msa1000 array controller LCD report the error message:
03 Critical Lock-up detected. Code = f062h

And then the server can not use the msa1000 storage space.

Anyone can tell me what means "the code = f062h"?
