      <description>It sounds like it could be generated from the sdisk driver but I've never seen such a message before.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is process 1290? this seems to be the process that produced it.</description>

      <description>From appearances, it is telling you to replace a drive. Is this some type of array?&lt;BR /&gt;If so, what does the array info indicate? Is there a fail-over that has taken place?</description>

      <description>Thanks for the feedback!&lt;BR /&gt;Yes, this is an array, but no errors or failovers were documented in the array log.  My feeling is that this is a custom monitoring routine - I'm not on-site so I can't be sure.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
