      <title>FC10 disk problem</title>

      <description>Hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a FC10 storage with 10 disks of 9gb working well. I do an upgrade of this disks to 36 gb disks and after this change, I got IO error on all disks.&lt;BR /&gt;diskinfo  - IO error&lt;BR /&gt;mediainit - IO error&lt;BR /&gt;pvcreate  - IO error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I tought the the problem was the 36 gb disks and put back the 9 gb disks. Now I get error on all 9 gb disks too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With this error I change the GBIC, change my A5158A (hba) but I still having the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any ideas?</description>

      <description>Did you reboot the server? If not, you have to do additional steps.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any errors in syslog?</description>
