      <description>This can happen when AM60Srvr is not running.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to issue "ps -ef|grep AM60" to see whether it's running or not.&lt;BR /&gt;If not, invoke it by either typing /opt/hparray/bin/AM60Srvr or executing /sbin/init.d/hparamgr start.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This also can happen when FC60 is not in a good condition.&lt;BR /&gt;Execute "amdsp -a &lt;SERIAL number=""&gt;" to see if FC60 operates well.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And finally, you'd better place a support call to HP to get some assistance because HP announced some important service notes for FC60.&lt;BR /&gt;Based on experience, applying for FC60 service notes were very helpful for many problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I hope this helps,&lt;/SERIAL&gt;</description>
