It failed.<BR /><BR />When server reboots it now reports an error:<BR /><BR />1783 Array Controller Failure!<BR />[Command failure (cmd=11h, err=020h)]<BR /><BR />When trying to boot using the Firmware Maintenance CD or OFFLINE disketts, the computer seats indefinately and looking for devices. It never loads.<BR /><BR />If we remove the card, the distketts load no problem. But obviously there is nothing to upgrade.<BR /><BR />What to do?<BR /><BR />Can we somehow flush the 4200 back to default? Or is it gone completely and nothing can be done?<BR /><BR />(We tried it in multiple boxes - same thing).
