      <description>Refer the following white paper at&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h71028.www7.hp.com/ERC/downloads/4AA0-0640ENW.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://h71028.www7.hp.com/ERC/downloads/4AA0-0640ENW.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't see any performanace evaluation of Oracle DB on XP array white papers etc. being published by HP yet like they have had done for EVAs. I wish we would have such evaluation for XP too.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>The attached whitepaper talks about SAP implementations on XP12k and XP10k arrays also using Oracle. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have dozens of XPs running Oracle manly on HP-UX and Tru64. &lt;BR /&gt;One most important thing to achieve highest  performance is using a volume manager in order to stripe all data over all available disks. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With the XP you can achieve high performance with highest availability!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers&lt;BR /&gt;Peter</description>
