      <description>I would like to attach an msa50 to a dl385 g2 with  a p600 raid card installed. can the msa be raided to 5 or 6 using the p600? Or does it have its own raid card installed? Thanks for the time.</description>

Yes it will.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;P600 Specs:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/proliantstorage/arraycontrollers/smartarrayp600/index.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/servers/proliantstorage/arraycontrollers/smartarrayp600/index.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since you can daisy-chain 2 MSA50s to one P600 controller, you can also extend one array across 2 boxes. 20-drive RAID5 if you prefer.</description>

      <description>what if the p600 is being used to raid the dl385 in a raid 0 and raid 5 setting all ready? would i need to install another raid card?</description>
