Hello to all!!!

We are trying to add an XP12000 to our SAN but we can not because the following error:

Error Section:PROCESSOR(CHA)ERROR
Error Detail:PROCESSOR BLOCKING

Any idea to desblock it?
Please see the attached file.

I recommend opening a call at HP support in order to find out the reason for the blockage before doing any action!

AleDC,

Peter has right suggestion to approach HP support.

In my opinion you have a CHA (Channel Host Adapter, also called CHIP) hardware failure which needs a replacement.

hi,

As per the snapshot, the possiblitly of the following problems.

1. CHIP Hardware failure
2. CHIP Connectivity to FCA & Shared Memory

This error will occur during the upgradation of firmware in the microprocessors.

Also log a call with HP.
