      <description>Hello to all!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We are trying to add an XP12000 to our SAN but we can not because the following error:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error Section:PROCESSOR(CHA)ERROR&lt;BR /&gt;Error Detail:PROCESSOR BLOCKING&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any idea to desblock it?&lt;BR /&gt;Please see the attached file.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I really appreciate your help.&lt;BR /&gt;vianey</description>

      <description>AleDC,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Peter has right suggestion to approach HP support.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In my opinion you have a CHA (Channel Host Adapter, also called CHIP) hardware failure which needs a replacement.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope, my 1 cent worth.</description>

      <description>hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As per the snapshot, the possiblitly of the following problems.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. CHIP Hardware failure&lt;BR /&gt;2. CHIP Connectivity to FCA &amp;amp; Shared Memory&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This error will occur during the upgradation of firmware in the microprocessors.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also log a call with HP. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sivam</description>
