Casper,

This isn't a known error. I'd like to check to make sure that the firmware on your array controller is up to date. If you have a 431 array controller, the latest firmware is 1.18. For the Integrated array controller, it is version 1.44. If your controller needs to be updated, please download and apply SP16371 from www.compaq.com.

Have a nice day,

We have one array with 1 logical drive with 3 harddisk's. we tried to add another harddisk to this array. Everything looked fine, we created a second logical drive. But when we booted the server we had the choice :<F1> to continue with logical drive disabled. <F2> to accept data loss and to enable the logical drives.
This resulted in an corrupt logical drive and we had to restore the whole server.

Is this an known error and how can we prevent this from happening again??

Thanks
Casper</F2></F1>
