SMART ARRAY 500 (MSA500) twin controller failure !! Help !!

Hello

We have a big problem !! Both of our controllers have failed and have been replaced by an hp engineer. Now we can't see any of the disks. Is anyone able to advise me how to configure them to allow the two cluster nodes to see the storage ??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

An update.... seems that only the physical installation has so far been done and the software configuration is step 2. It's back to the support for completion.
