    <description>Noman,&lt;BR /&gt;I am assuming that your storage is MOD12 or 12H.&lt;BR /&gt;in that case, each controller has its own battery.&lt;BR /&gt;when the controller is pulled out of the enclosure, a battery compartment will be visible on the side.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you will need to get the Part number from the defective battery and order a replacment from HP.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tal</description>

      <description>Dear All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have HPUX 9000 two server's with clustring. From tomrrow i have found one error on screen i.e Array Monitoring Daemaon&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;      "Battery problem has been detected for disk array on /dev/rdsk/c2t1d0 at node1&lt;BR /&gt;Battery on controller 'X' has failed"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please provide me the solution urgently.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Noman Nishat</description>

      <description>Noman,&lt;BR /&gt;Haveing a faulty battery on a controller means lossing the cache memory when you loose your power to the array.&lt;BR /&gt;If your data is importent to you I suggest to replace the battery as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Tal</description>
