HP Model 10 disk array error code

good afternoon

i have just recieved a hP model 10 disk array, and when it boots up it get's to letter T on the POST section and then hangs and displays the following error / information code 0001007f

can anyone shed some light on this

I could not find that error/information code in the list.
any other error codes ?

no thats it, unfortunately, we do only have 2 disks installed in the array, and we dont have a flash disk, as we are going to be sending it out to a customer. Could that be the problem

There is a min of 3 disks required in the Mod10.
make sure to put them togther (controller A is the first 5 slots and B is the last 5 slots)
