      <description>Does the XP12000 have bad block replacement built into it? If so, is it on by default and can it be turned off(not that I'd want to).</description>

      <description>Thanks...Just wanted to make sure. The support group has LVs created with host bad block replacement enabled. I will notify them that this should be disabled at the host to prevent possible data corruption. Appreciate the response.</description>
