    <description>The "command rejected" error is a catch-all error from the XP.  I've seen it most commonly when I didn't have the proper software licenses installed inside the XP frames.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I agree that HP support is your best bet.</description>

      <title>XP1024 Continue Access reverse copy fail</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We had 2 XP1024 configured with Continue Access(CA). Yesterday we performed a CA reverse copy but failed with below error messages,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;---------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;brdb-p02:/HORCM/log0/curlog/horcmlog_brdb-p02#pairresync -g c16nb&lt;BR /&gt;pairresync: [EX_CMDRJE] An order to the control/command device was rejected&lt;BR /&gt;Refer to the command log(/HORCM/log0/horcc_brdb-p02.log) for details.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CMDLINE : pairresync -g c16nb &lt;BR /&gt;22:04:29-0b788-00304- ERROR:cm_sndrcv[rc &amp;lt; 0 from HORCM]&lt;BR /&gt;22:04:29-114a8-00304- [pairresync] L_CMD(CREATEPAIR) ERROR :rc = -35&lt;BR /&gt;22:04:29-14378-00304- [pairresync][exit(221)]&lt;BR /&gt;[EX_CMDRJE] An order to the control/command device was rejected&lt;BR /&gt;[Cause ]: An order to the command(control) device failed,or was rejected.&lt;BR /&gt;[Action]:Please confirm the following items.If this trouble doesn't resolve,then collect HORCM error logs(HORCM&lt;BR /&gt;_LOG=/HORCM/log0/curlog) and trace data,and send them to service personnel.&lt;BR /&gt;(1) Check if the 'HORC or HOMRCF function' is installed in the RAID.&lt;BR /&gt;(2) Check if the RCP and LCP are installed in the RAID.&lt;BR /&gt;(3) Check if the path between the RAID CUs is established by using the SVP.&lt;BR /&gt;(4) Check if the pair target volume is an appropriate status.&lt;BR /&gt;COMMAND ERROR  : EUserId for HORC[0] : root (0)  Wed Feb 28 22:18:56 2007&lt;BR /&gt;----------------------------------------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Who can provide some hint or who knows where I can find the manual for CA?
