expand an raid 0+1 array

hi

my system is an hp dl380 g4 with 6 harddisk with 72GB.

ist setup the system as db server under Redhat AS4 with an raid0+1 .
now i replace 2 disk with 146 gb and will now expand the capacity of logical drive to the right size but the acu says:

Holger,

you need disks of the same size in your array, only if *all* disks hve been replaced by larger ones, then the additional capacity becomes available.

as long as there is still a 72GB disk in the array the controller will only use 72GB on each disk and the rest remains unavailable.
