    <description>hi&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my system is an hp dl380 g4 with 6 harddisk with 72GB.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ist setup the system as db server under Redhat AS4 with an raid0+1 .&lt;BR /&gt;now i replace 2 disk with 146 gb and will now expand the capacity of logical drive to the right size but the acu says:&lt;BR /&gt;"&lt;BR /&gt;=&amp;gt; controller slot=0 modify size=max&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Warning: Extension may not be supported on certain operating systems.&lt;BR /&gt;         Performing extension on these operating systems can cause data to&lt;BR /&gt;         become inaccessible. See ACU documentation for details. Continue?&lt;BR /&gt;         (y/n) y&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Error: This operation is not supported with the current configuration.       <description>Holger,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you need disks of the same size in your array, only if *all* disks hve been replaced by larger ones, then the additional capacity becomes available.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;as long as there is still a 72GB disk in the array the controller will only use 72GB on each disk and the rest remains unavailable.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Bernhard</description>
