You must call HP. The software is not available to public download. You also must meet a lot of compatibility requirements before upgrading your VCS code. HP will provide you that information also.

the current version is VCS 4.007
it has just been released

See this thread. I've already downloaded VCS 3.028 and VCS 4.007 as we're getting a refurb EVA5K (which probably has an older VCS...)
