    <description>Looks like both disk died. However, I would try to reseat both and see if at least one member comes back that way.</description>

      <description>I wrote "RESEAT", not "RESET".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- pull a disk drive by few centimeters until it loses power, but do not remove it from the bay&lt;BR /&gt;- wait a minute&lt;BR /&gt;- fully push it back into the bay</description>
