Hi,

If you have two broken disks in the same RAID-5 array then you will not be able to rebuild.

You will have to restore your data from backup tapes.

You could try reseating (pulling and pushing) the drives first to see if that gets them to spin back up...

Good luck,

Regards,

Rob

Are any of the drive LEDs amber? If so, I would replace with failed disk array drive first. You a drive same size or larger.

Regards,
jk

Here is a couple of things you can try if you are using SCSI disks which I assume you are try this shut down the Array take the failed drive out of the MSA and put it in the Freezer for 3-4 hours insert it back in the array then backup your data from that array pull the failed drive out insert a new drive delete the old array create a new array then restore your data back
