      <description>Daniel,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;0006C8A4 This is the time of the event, since the controller was booted.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The rest of the numbers, represent the event message.  Redundant operation state change means you had a controller failover.</description>
