      <description>Firstly, Im going to spoil your party and suggest that you dont touch the XP unless you are proficient with it.  If you dont know what your are doing you will get yourself into a world of pain and possibly end up having to look for another job.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, assuming you are experienced with storage, I would recommend the Command View XP User Guide.  It used to be available on the HP website.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have a copy although it is 21MB in size.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
