topic Problem with MSA20 in Disk Enclosures https://community.hpe.com/t5/disk-enclosures/problem-with-msa20/m-p/4052631#M24593 Hello!<BR />I have two arrays MSA20 connected to DL370 Linux ReadHat:<BR /><BR />ctrl all show<BR /><BR />MSA20 at (sn: PXXXXXXXXS320K)<BR />MSA20 at E0YXXXXXXX (sn: PXXXXXXXXTC20T)<BR />Smart Array 6400 in Slot 2 (sn: PXXXXXXXXG1SA)<BR />Smart Array 6i in Slot 0 ()<BR /><BR />After "at" on the second array the parameter chassisname is established, but on the first array it is not set. <BR />I tried a command hpacucli: <BR /><BR />ctrl sn=PXXXXXXXXS320K modify chassisname="E00XXXXXXX"<BR />Syntax Error: The maximum chassisname length is 2<BR /><BR />Where I was mistaken.
