    <description>Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;I have two arrays MSA20 connected to DL370 Linux ReadHat:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ctrl all show&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;MSA20 at (sn: PXXXXXXXXS320K)&lt;BR /&gt;MSA20 at E0YXXXXXXX (sn: PXXXXXXXXTC20T)&lt;BR /&gt;Smart Array 6400 in Slot 2 (sn: PXXXXXXXXG1SA)&lt;BR /&gt;Smart Array 6i in Slot 0 ()&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After "at" on the second array the parameter chassisname is established, but on the first array it is not set. &lt;BR /&gt;I tried a command hpacucli: &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;ctrl sn=PXXXXXXXXS320K modify chassisname="E00XXXXXXX"&lt;BR /&gt;Syntax Error: The maximum chassisname length is 2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Where I was mistaken.
