    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Although I've never tried it, I suspect this isn't a supported configuration.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However, looking at the latest QuickSpecs for CV EVA it says any general purpose server should do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12239_div/12239_div.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/12239_div/12239_div.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could be an interesting experiment to see if it could be made to work...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rob</description>

      <description>NPIV is simply not available today.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;On ESX V2.5, I've once mapped one SACD as a raw LUN. CV could 'somehow' recognize the EVA, but did not work properly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I might not have hit the master controller and could have mapped more SACDs, but ran out of time and as this stuff is simply unsupported I did not play with it again.</description>
