Hi,

I need to upgrade the version of my FC HDD 72gb drive BD07254498 to at least firmware version 3BE9.

Does anyone know where i can get the firmware from as i cannot find it on the HP.com site.

The disk is in an EVA?

Depending on the model and firmware version, you need the online- or offline disk firmware bundle.

Go to the EVA section on www.hp.com/go/bsc and get it. Use commandview to update.

It should be found in the EVA Firmware Bundle...

Just in case you can't find it, I've attached it.

Filename should be BD07254498-3BE9.lod

The firmare bundle file is a self extracting exe. Just run it, and it will unpack the files to a codeload directory, from which you can browse the various files.
