Turns out our vendor sent us a used one so we have no documentation. After installing the driver and it's required patches and installing the card, there is no indication from ioscan that the card is there. All attempts to use any of the commands related to the card (like irm, irdiag) result in the message "no Internal RAID adapters found". Any suggestions?
