Unable to add capacity at netraid controller

We have a LH pro with a netraid controller. We want to add a disk to a raid 3 ld. We aren't able to do this, because the current raid 3 system have a stripe size of 8kb. It should be 64 kb. If we can change the stripe size, we could add capacity.
Is there someone who can help us?

Raid level migration and online change of configurations by adding more disk is supported only if the stipe set is 64 k.
Unfortunatle you need to back up all your file and re-construct the raid right from scratch
