Hi Rafael,

You have to wait for the expand process to finish before you can delete the unit.

Tom

Hi.

We have a 13 array configured in our MSA1000 Active/Passive.
The 13th array is dedicated to a tests and pre-prodution, environments. Recently, we needed to increase the unit logic from this array and we tried to expand this. Originally the unit has 560GB in 5 disks with RAID5, and we want expand it with an additional disk of 146GB Size.
The process started for six days ago. We need the unit with the new size, and we can wait more time.

How can we stop the process?
Can we delete the unit while the process is running?

Thanks for your atention

Thanks Metadata, but it's late. When a 62 percent of process was made, I deleted the logical unit without problem, After I created the new logical unit with all avalaible space.

Bye.
