    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- shutdown the Server&lt;BR /&gt;- power-off the MSA20&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise you could get data loss, if you power-off the MSA20 without shutdown the server. If no application is accessing a logical drive, which lies on the MSA20, you could remove the drive letter in the disk management, and power-off the MSA20 after that.
