I am new to hp unix environment, I need some startup guide or some documentation on using emc symmetrix, dmx4 switches with hpunix.

I've got experience in customer support. Its best to use models listed explicitly as supported by HP though they almost all work with HP-UX.

I mean I need some user guide or administrator guide in configuring LUN on dmx4 switches and then adding them to hpux machine. I just mean some administration guide for managing emc dmx4 or symmetrix on hpux.

We like to help people, but unfortunately you are asking in an HP-UX forum for EMC specific information, but I was searching in google and I noticed that you can find manual and admin guides at this site:

We can certainly help here with configuring HPUX LVM and filesystems once you get the storage configured, zoned, masked and presented to the HPUX server.
