Hey all...!!

Is there any tool to take information about my storage ???
Like: if the 10 disks is working well, if some disk fail, etc.

I need this information to configure Nagios to get this information to me.
If I have a tool to query this thing to me and then get nagios to run those tools with a plugin.

Try the Array Diagnostics Utility 8. Here's the Link:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=377920&prodNameId=265087&swEnvOID=1114&swLang=8&mode=2&taskId=135&swItem=MTX-3dea01fc876343d8990f65ba44

Once you save the report, extract the zip file to a folder.
MSA500, does not allow access through the CLI, from the DB9 Port on the controller. So the only options we are left with is to either try SAUTIL (If connected to a SMART ARRAY CONTROLLER) or to use the ACUCLI.

You can run it from BASH too.
Here's the link for Linux:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=265087&prodTypeId=12169&prodSeriesId=377920&swLang=8&taskId=135&swEnvOID=2025

All the best!
