    <description>i cannot download the file, but nevertheless &lt;BR /&gt;a) the controller firmware 3.028 was innactivated in march this year, so if you want to be on the supported you should upgrade it to the 3.110 (it can be done online)&lt;BR /&gt;b) if the controller resync occurs on a regular basis it can be caused by the memory exhaustion while getting the vdisk info (e.g. by the RSM, BC applications). It was fixed in the 3.1x version of the controller firmware</description>

      <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;We have EVA 5k/VCS 3.028. Since about 20 days, "both controllers have begun booting" every 5 days!! (it seems that ctrl want to resync).&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is nothing in the term log when the reboot occurs. But, ctrl A has failed twice (26/05 and 19/08) with "Excessive correctable errors have been seen in cache memory".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Feel free if u need more info.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Guy</description>
