      <description>Dec:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check the Local groups on the server where Command View is installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have have a "HP Storage Admins" and "HP Storage Users" group, make sure the Administrator is part of the "HP Storage Admins" group and retry logging in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;IF CV was installed with the Domain Security option, then you will need to manually create a "HP Storage Admins" group in your domain and add the administrator to it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steven</description>

      <description>All,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your help. I hadn't added the user to the admin group.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;But, now I have got into CV I can't see my EVA. I can see the two 4000's but not the 4400. Can an EVA4400 be managed by CV 7.0?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dec</description>

      <description>Hi DMC,&lt;BR /&gt;The EVA 4400 Cannot be managed from CV EVA 7.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Support for EVA 4400's are only available from Command view 8 And Above.
