Hopefully this will be an easy one for you guys/gals.

I have a new EVA 4400 with 2 enclosures. I have connected it to a HP 4/16 switch (controller 1, FP 1) and a Brocade 200E (controller 2, FP 1). The management port is connected directly to the server (192.168.0.2) with CommandView installed.

I am unable to discover the EVA at all. I can't browse to the address in the install guide https://192.168.0.1:2372.

I know I've probably missed something along the way. The install guide is about useless. Any ideas on what to check?

I did forget to zone the EVA to the management server. Whoops. Guess that's what I get for working late.

I created a zone for the EVA and the management server, but I still can't discover the EVA.

*smacks forehead*

You were right about the zoning. I thought I had commited the changes, but I didn't.

Thanks again for the nudge in the right direction.
