    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; when i start one controller without storagedisks&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;gt; i have on panel the wwnn all 0 the controller want a wwnn name.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That is normal.  The configuration for the EVA is stored on the disks, so if you start up the controller without any disks it doesn't know what its WWN is, and prompts you to enter it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You probably do need to get things analyzed by HP, however you could try powering on the disks first, then just one of the controllers...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rob&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>hy&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i  have a pb with my EVA6000&lt;BR /&gt;after power down all compoments (disks,controleur),when i restart it doesn't&lt;BR /&gt;start it  .i have message tc:0403047F idx:Fl&lt;BR /&gt;params 00: 0009a7a8 params 01: 07520100 on panel LCP.&lt;BR /&gt;when i start only one controleur same pb&lt;BR /&gt;i verify fiber switch channel is ok.&lt;BR /&gt;all storage disk are ok.&lt;BR /&gt;when i start one controller without storagedisks .i have on panel the wwnn all 0&lt;BR /&gt;the controller want a wwnn name.&lt;BR /&gt;i think that controleur is ok i think i have a pb of configuration.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;thanks for your help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;best regards &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
