It is know issue with one of the firmware. And there is no manual way to assign the scsi id to the disk. One of the drives failed. The spare became active. Put a new drive in, the drive was assigned a different SCSI Id (5) from the failed drive (12). The new drive shows up as unassigned. Is there a way to manually assign the SCSI ID? I don't understand why it was assigned a different SCSI ID.
