You have the latest controller and management module firmware. Looks like none of the controllers is responding, as not even Command View can access the EVA.

Try to access the built-in Command View 8.1 on port 2372 of the management module IP.

Try to reboot one of the controllers.

If you can get the Controller Event log, attach it here an we'll see what happened.

This EVA was installed recently and shows temperature problems:

The temperature within an HSV300 controller is approaching its hot threshold.
A drive enclosure temperature sensor out of range condition has been reported by one of the drive enclosure link modules.
Temperature within an HSV300 controller becoming too hot.
Cntrl: 1; Other temperature sensor: 43 Celsius;

The log stops at 15:25:11

The last thing you were doing was presenting a LUN to a host:

15 25 13 NSASubsystem *Present Vdisk to a Host - Complete
6 minutes later, access to the EVA is lost

15 31 31 This instance of Command View EVA has lost communication with the storage cell

Power off all the EVA and start it again, I think this is going to be another case of

Indicated Virtual Disk has transitioned to Stalled Too Long.
and
Process with work during CSM reset
The problem is gone, tonighte EVA became alive. Our EVA is a LAB storage, last night we have problems with air conditioning but problems was resolved soon. We have a lot different storage equipment IBM, HDS, SUN and all of them feel good if temperature sometimes more then usual but EVA was gone offline, very srange.
