    <description>You need to connect a console to the VA7110 and check what state it is in. In the worst case scenario, your FW upgrade did not complete and your controller can not boot up. You would need HP to flash a new fw in it.</description>

      <description>When upgrade VA7110 controller fw from A120 to A140, an error occured "Failed the Write Buffer command.", I download the fw file from the link showed in SAW, and then I download the version A130 from the same FTP site.I still failed. Anyone can help me with this case?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Storage:VA7110  A140 1GBcache&lt;BR /&gt;Hosts: Redhat linux&lt;BR /&gt;Action already done: OS reboot, VA rebootï¼ -R fullï¼ ,command view restart&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for your reply.&lt;BR /&gt;But after my 2nd time failure, I reboot the VA7110, then tried the A130 fw, but still failed, and now it works normally with version A120.</description>
