<title>topic CPQARRAY reports fan failure in Disk Enclosures</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/disk-enclosures/cpqarray-reports-fan-failure/m-p/2597701#M3031</link>
<description>I get the message that the "Compaq Array Controller in slot 3 has detected a fan failure in the storage enclosure on port 2" This is followed by another message immediately reporting a fully operational state. The fan has been changed to no avail. There is no diserable change in the fan noise or function. I have applied SP17866 also to no avail. What steps do I take now? &lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>
