Is there a way to find Replication Solution Manager on Storage Server running CmdView EVA 7.0

Not sure I understand the question correctly, but normally there is an icon on the desktop and you should find RSM in the Windows Installed Programs list.

There is no RSM in Win Installed programs.
I guess that this means that RSM is not installed

does that mean that RSM is an optional product? so i don't need it to manage my EVA

Right. RSM is a 'framework' to create tasks (think of it as an enhanced version of SSSU with a GUI and a task manager) for Continuous Access (=remote replication) and Business Copy (=local/within an EVA replication).
