Compaq had us remove the integrated array controller and the 431 works fine now. Thanks. When we run the Array Configuration Utility during SmartStart it stops and hangs at "detecting controllers". I can "see" the controller detecting drives at boot up so I believe it is working but the Array Configuration Utility (ver. 2.70) won't run.
