Hi all,

please can somebody advise where can I find the " HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array troubleshooting manual " . I need this manual very urgent to be able to continue the troubeshooting of replacing one controller EVA4000. thanks for your urgent reply. In fact I am trying to check how we can view
and set the debug flags to Zero (00000000).

Connect through the serial port of the controller. You should get a colon as propmt :

type df to view the debug flags
Then you can set a new value

Debug flags should be 0 unless you're told otherwise by an HP technician (usually to get a dump of information when the controller is not booting).
