topic EVA 3000 in Disk Enclosures

hello，i have a EVA3000 storage works（2c2d）.now 3 disks give the fault attention,and the EVA 3000 could not running;
the commandview can not find the storage works;the two controllers also give the fault attention ,the two disk counters give the fault attention and the Error code is 1F0203 and 1F0202.how can i do with this case?

If you have really critical data in your EVA, contact HP for assist. If you are less bother about data, then go for power recycle. Shutdown the EVA through the controller OCP. power off both the controllers, disk enclosures, and power ON again.

Can you go to C:\hsvmafiles\{5000-1FE1-...}, compress the folder and upload it?
Maybe we can see in the events what was happening before the controllers stopped responding.

thanks everone,at last i replace two disks and the eva started,but lost all the data.could you tell me why two disks failed,and the eva can not start?
