MSA1500 same disk always going bad

Any ideas of what might cause a disk in an MSA1500 to go bad every 2 weeks?

This will be the 3rd one now in 4 weeks.

I am not on-site but gathering information now before we have to go.

Hi,
some usefull info you can get from the ADU (Array diagnostic utility - list of detected problems), or integrated management log... it could be e.g. the midplane/backplane problem...
