    <description>When opening command view i get the normal certificate error and then web site found and waiting for reply but nothing more, I have rebooted the server several times but it has not helped.  It does not get as far as the login prompt.</description>

      <description>Look in Windows services, see if "HP Command View" is running.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's running and you don't get CV to load, then you must open a case and get HP to look at the CV logs (in the Trace folder).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Or uninstall CV 8 and install CV 9.1, it works better.</description>
