MSA 2312sa - PFU loop on Management Controller

Hello, I've just added a second controller to a MSA2312sa following the procedure listed in my previous post (http://forums13.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1398571) but I've encountered a problem with the new controller.

After having plugged in the new controller, the Partner Firmware Upgrade started to upgrade the firmware, but -I don't know why- the Management Controller firmware could not be upgraded and I'm stuck in a "PFU loop".

The new controller keeps trying to upgrade the firmware and then reboots. The log shows no errors.

The Storage Controller firmware has been instead successfully upgraded (you can check the attached image). In order to stop the new controller from rebooting, I've disabled the PFU.

How can I solve this problem? Should I contact HP Support?

Go to MSA2312sa > Configuration > Advanced Settings > Firmware
and uncheck "Partner Firmware Update"..
restart both the controllers, then connect to the controller not updated and perform update
