I just want to know if the VA7400 is 100 percent compatibel with Microsoft NT4 Clustering Services. I'm planning to migrate my cluster to my VA7400.

THe VA7400 is just a disk array, so if your NT's can "see" the disk array, then you should have no problem:

http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg64118.html

live free or die
harry

HP Belgium informed me about an issue that they are still testing. An issue about the effect of a scsi-reset (done by all clusters at random time) on the VA7400. This could freeze the VA for some seconds or hang it. That's what they told me and that's why I'm still waiting, just to be absolutely sure. Since I'm slightly running out of space on my old SAN I was wondering what the reaction would be on the forum.
