Right now, I just want to check the configuration, but when I attach to the serial port the array status shows "No Map &gt;" and does not respond. It does initialize and shows the hex codes 02 thru 26, but instead of Ready it displays No Map. How do I get the CLI prompt so I can format and reconfigure the unit?
