hi,

Did somebody experience such problem with EVA Comand View v.9.2 install/update– after confirming language the installer stops /hangs. I’ve try to kill all the windows processes and services, with the idea to prevent any incompatibility but the same issue appears.

AFAIR the installation takes some time, maybe 20 minutes or something, sometimes there are no changes on screen for a long time - be patient.

But I am waiting every time more than 20 min. Nothing changes.

Any error message? "XFSecurity installation has failed" maybe?

There was another version of Command View installed there before?

Try to perform some cleanup and try again, see attached TXT

NO error messages - nothing. In the log-success ...success, user canceled (when after hour I stop the install).
At the moment I am doing last restart up to your attachment. Lets see...hope it works

The account from where you're trying to install the Command View has any non-english character on the name?

Ã Ã Ã Ã¨ or something like that?

Try logging in with "Administator" or something simple.

just normal english alfabet, but the keyboard is strange ... I am using eng, but the default is belgian

I create new user "admin" - the same error.

I've ran out of known problems. You'll have to open a case and let the people developping Command View see the logs.
