Remove a existing EVA from CVEVA

HI All,
We recently decommissioned a EVA 8100 [powered Down]. The EVA entry still shows in CVEVA as an attention and is greyed out. How can i remove it permanently from CV EVA.

I just figured outt that we can use DELETE SYSTEM command from SSSU. is it the right approach or do you have any other suggestions

Careful! From the description in the documentation, "DELETE SYSTEM" does an UNINITIALIZE if the EVA happens to be accessible. Sounds like you found a side-effect.
I would restart the CV-EVA service.
